Our menu caters to local taste palettes, using only the best quality ingredients from the region. The core concept is prawn centric and our simple three step process allows you to customize your own combo meal by initially selecting the prawn size, followed by the preparation style and the type of carb.

Inspired by our adventurous spirit and our values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family, Isso Pisso – the name for people who work at ISSO – are like a big, extended family.


Like in every family, some are quieter than others, some are the life and soul of the party and others are somewhere in-between. At ISSO, we love the fact that everyone is different, which is why everyone is welcome at our table!

ISSO started back in 2016 in Sulaiman Terrace, Colombo, Sri Lanka. We’ve come a long way since then, but we’ve never forgotten our humble beginnings.

“ISSO is not just about prawn.

It’s never been just about prawn.

It’s about the people who make the prawn.”





Through some brief research we found many to be die hard prawn fans ready devour it any chance they get. Evidently, many individuals are crazy for prawns.

Using this as our inspiration, we realized that we could take this desire as the starting point of our branding identity.

Ultimately, creating a cult that would do the talking for us. A cult that’s not limited by age, income & OR class. A cult brought together by a common love; prawns.
